Postage:
Standard postage & packaging charges apply of €5 for all EU orders valued up to €30 and €2.50 for orders above €30.
Delivery charges in Ireland of €3.50 for orders below €30 and free delivery for orders above €30.
Delivery charges in the UK on orders equal to or above £50 will be waived by EvenOne during order processing.
Delivery:
All goods in stock will be normally dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Customers who order out of stock goods or non-stock items will be notified of their availability and expected dispatch date by e-mail. All deliveries are by general post unless specified by the customer. EvenOne dispatches all goods in appropriate and safe packaging and cannot be held responsible for damages, loss, theft or accidents that occur after goods have left our premises, in transit or on delivery.
Returns:
The company will consider any product returned within 15 days if it is unopened, in original condition and packaging is intact, or if the item delivered is a product wrongly delivered on our part. Goods may only be returned by prior written agreement with the company.
Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. Any refund offered will take account of packaging, delivery and other related charges incurred on the customer’s behalf by EvenOne. Please note that we are unable to exchange items but we always do our best to make shopping with us a good experience.
Privacy:
We do not share information with any other site or company. EvenOne holds information on its customers in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998, and will adhere to any other relevant future legislation.
Security:
This website takes every precaution to protect customers' information. When visitors submit any information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our order form asks users to enter information (such as credit card number) that information is encrypted, protected and removed after transaction processing.
